The 27-year-old heartthrob, who built up a strong fanbase after becoming the favourite Fisher brother on the Prime Video series, will narrate a new immersive romance series
Sharing the exciting news on September 18, the app posted a video of the actor, with the caption: ‘It’s always been him.’
The brand new three-part series will see River (narrated by Chris), a surfer and bartender who falls for his brother’s ex-girlfriend.
It’s a very similar storyline to his character Conrad on TSITP, after being stuck in a love triangle with Belly and brother Jeremiah.
A synopsis reads: ‘River thinks he knows exactly what to expect from another season – until he meets Drea. Their connection is immediate and magnetic, but when River discovers that Drea’s ex is actually his brother, their story twists into a complicated, messy, and deeply passionate summer love affair.’
Part one is available to listen to now, with the subsequent episodes set to drop on September 26.

The final episode of TSITP aired on Wednesday, but it doesn’t mean it all ends there.
A feature film continuing the story that has captured the hearts of millions of fans this summer was announced at a glamorous event in Paris to celebrate the finale.
Main leads Gavin Casalegno, Lola Tung and Christopher Briney all posed as a trio at the event in France.
Plot details are being kept under wraps for now but the exciting news was revealed on the red carpet in Paris.
Creator and writer Jenny said: ‘There is another big milestone left in Belly’s journey, and I thought only a movie could give it its proper due.
‘I’m so grateful to Prime Video for continuing to support my vision for this story and for making it possible to share this final chapter with the fans.’
