Kate Langbroek has raised eyebrows once again with her latest Instagram upload.
The former Project star, 59, shared a nude selfie taken at a nudist beach in Puglia, Italy, where she is currently travelling solo.
Kate leaned across a rock with nothing but her long brunette locks protecting her modesty, showing off a glowing tan, natural make-up and a chunky statement ring as she gazed into the camera.
In the candid caption, the radio and TV personality admitted solo travel has been an emotional rollercoaster.
‘Wisdom for the grid. Travelling solo seems to be a massive pendulum swing. I am either wracked with self-loathing or loving myself sick. This pic was two days ago; today I ate a roast chicken in my car,’ she wrote.
The honesty struck a chord with her followers – and sparked some amusing reactions.

Fellow comedian Dave Hughes was quick to poke fun, commenting: ‘Stop thinking about yourself.’
He continued: ‘Studies have shown the happiest people are those that think about themselves the least. Life is magic.’
Psychologist Melanie Kelly praised Langbroek for embracing her own company: ‘I love solo travel. It’s an opportunity to remember who you are and what you like to do.
‘As mothers we do a lot of accommodating for others and it’s important to also consider ourselves. Enjoy!!’
Another follower admitted Kate’s words resonated, writing: ‘Look I’m pretty much the same at home too! One day I think I’m fabulous and the next an old witch – but I’d prefer to be doing it in Puglia.’
Former Project co-host Gorgi Coghlan also cheered her on, adding: ‘Love this KL. Keep loving yourself sick! Wherever you are – be all there.’
Kate and her family previously lived in Puglia, Italy, for nearly two years and returned to Australia by early 2021.

Kate has previously revealed she once secretly split from her husband.
The couple broke up for around 18 months back in the ’90s, before eventually marrying in 2003.
Speaking on the Life of Greatness podcast, Kate said it was Peter’s tendency to be ‘controlling’ that tore them apart.
‘We had a great conversation about it after we broke up, like probably a year-and-a-half later, where he said, “[Being controlling] doesn’t make me feel good. I don’t know why I try to do it. It makes me feel terrible,’ she said.
‘And I said, “Well, why don’t you stop? Because in my experience, if you’re doing something and it’s making you feel bad, the best thing to do is to stop it.” And also he had to know how it was to be without me.’
During the candid interview about her marriage, Kate also explained how the couple first met on a trip to Vietnam in 1998 when they were both dating other people.
‘It was just a meeting and a liking,’ said Kate, who resumed dating her then-partner upon her return to Australia while Peter reunited with his soon-to-be fiancée.
But the sparks between them failed to disappear as they returned to their regular lives.
‘When we got home, it got very complicated. And on paper it looked entirely wrong because he’s like nine years younger than me and he was at university,’ Kate said.
