A nearly two-year-old song from the artist D4vd reveals a potentially game-changing clue in the gruesome and tragic death of a teenage girl.
A 15-year-old girl named Celeste Rivas was found dead in an impounded vehicle under the rapper’s name in Hollywood, California earlier this month.
In an unearthed December 2023 track titled Celeste_Demo unfin uploaded to Soundcloud Wednesday, lyrics reveal a number of identifying traits Celeste has.
The lyrics include: ‘Oh, Celeste / The girl with my name tattooed on her chest / Smell her on my clothes like cigarettes / I hear her voice each time I take a breath / I’m obsessed.’
A subsequent set of lyrics points to what appears to be a romantic relationship the artist is describing with the subject of his song.
Daily Mail has reached out to D4vd via Instagram for comment on this developing story.

They include: ‘Oh, Celeste / Afraid you’ll only love me when undressed / But you look so damn gorgeous in that dress / Missing you so much makes me depressed / But I digress, because.’
It was not clear if D4vd was singing about Celeste in the track.
The horrific discovery was made after employees at Hollywood Tow noticed a smell coming from the Tesla owned by the artist, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, officials told NBCLA.Â
The musical artist has been cooperating with authorities amid a probe of the tragic death, a representative told the outlet.Â
‘D4vd has been informed about what’s happened,’ a spokesperson for the musical artist told the outlet on September 9. ‘And, although he is still out on tour, he is fully cooperating with the authorities.’
D4vd has not been charged with any crime.Â
Authorities told the outlet that the vehicle had been impounded after it had been reported abandoned while in the Hollywood Hills.
Police said that the vehicle had been there for a couple of days when it was reported to them.
A person believed to be D4vd in an area near where the teenager lived had found its way online as of Wednesday, TMZ reported.

The image showed D4vd in the suburb of Lake Elsinore, California, close to where Celeste resided with her family.
D4vd has a tattoo on his right index finger that reads ‘shhh’ – which dovetails with information provided by Celeste’s mother and authorities in the ongoing probe.
D4vd used TikTok as a platform to gain attention, garnering 3.6 million followers on the social media platform.
D4vd subsequently caught the attention of Interscope Records and Darkroom, who signed him to recording contracts.
