Sabrina Carpenter’s fans are in an uproar over a reported switcheroo Ticketmaster pulled.
A fan who bought one of the VIP ticket packages for the Espresso singer’s, 25, Short n’ Sweet tour in her city pointed out that she was guaranteed a Pit ticket for the cost of her ticket.
However, when the transaction went through, she was assigned a seat.
‘hey @ticketmaster if you’re going to guarantee a general admission pit ticket with the pre show party package and then put me in a seat, that’s extremely misleading. thanks for scamming me,’ the fan sounded off on X (formerly Twitter).
‘We were guaranteed the first ten rows of pit according to team sabrina. this is actually a joke,’ she posted later.

A fan who bought one of the VIP ticket packages for the Espresso singer’s, 25, concert in her city pointed out that she was guaranteed a Pit ticket for the cost of her ticket
The fan bought the Team Sabrina Pre-Show Party Package, which includes a long list of perks including: ‘One premium reserved ticket in the first 10 rows of the stage / side stage or general admission pit (where applicable).’
The fan reached out to Ticketmaster later in the day and posted an update.
‘ticketmaster told me that if there were any vip pit tickets left they would’ve exchanged it for me…meaning they know they f***ed up?? MESSYYYYY’
Other fans echoed her experience adding that they had similar results and noting that packages were still available from scalpers at even higher prices than they paid.
‘The ticket prices are actually insane… I was already iffy about the fast times VIP package for $400 but now team sabrina is $700 with no soundcheck or q&a?????, someone else wrote.
Ticketmaster furthered problems for fans of the Nonsense hitmaker when it crashed while fans who had signed up for the tour presale tried to buy their tickets.
‘@Ticketmaster this is absolutely not fair. Got my tickets and your website conveniently broke where I couldn’t put it in any card to buy them,’ one person tweeted. ‘By the time I got back in there were only ridiculously overpriced seats that I could not afford.’
They uploaded a photo of the broken site and tagged Carpenter’s company account @Team Sabrina, adding: ‘Are you gonna fix this??’
‘Gotta love it when the queue gods finally smile down at you for Sabrina Carpenter and let you in immediately, just for Ticketmaster to crash and refuse to let you check out. Then you get thrown to the back of the queue,’ a second person wrote.
However, when the transaction went through, she was assigned a seat, pictured in 2024

Another person chimed in with: ‘Hey @Ticketmaster receiving this error every time I tried to buy tickets for a Sabrina Carpenter concert and then got booted out after authenticating my account.
‘Maybe invest all that money you make into a better cyber infrastructure for your customers. Just a thought!’
This is not the first time Ticketmaster has crashed during a popular on-sale. During the Taylor Swift Eras ticket sale, fans experienced similar issues with the site crashing.
The Disney Channel star turned singer will kick off the North American tour on September 23 in Columbus, Ohio at the Nationwide Arena. She is set to wrap at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on November 15.
