One precious photo captured the pair embracing in the limousine she had rented and another showed the lovebirds partying it up in her kitchen.
Brooke – who herself turns 27 on Thursday – prepared cakes, pastries and a range of tasty treats for her boyfriend as she celebrated his big day with him in style.

Alex and Brooke have been dating for eight years and he is thought to have helped her cope after the tragic death of her father.
Brooke is the eldest child of the legendary cricketer Shane Warne, who died aged 52 from a heart attack while on holiday in Koh Samui, Thailand.
