Dave Hughes has crashed a Sunrise interview with his 2Day FM colleagues.
On Friday’s Hughesy, Ed & Erin breakfast radio show, the 53-year-old comedian was dared by his co-hosts Ed Kavalee and Erin Molan to disrupt Jimmy Smith and Nath Roye’s live TV interview.
The 2DayFM night hosts are spending 24 hours in the ‘Hubbl Bubble’ in World Square for their show.
And just as Sunrise hosts Matt Shirvington and Monique Wright were wrapping up their segment with Jimmy and Nath on Friday, Dave appeared in the background trying to get into the transparent enclosure.
Hughesy appeared confused and seemed to be wearing fake eyebrows.

It comes after Hughesy dropped a bombshell about his recent drug experiences.
The comedian made the revelations last month on his breakfast show.
Dave called into the show for the Secret Lives of Sydney segment with his voice disguised by a vocoder to make the confession.

‘I had an accident on New Year’s Eve and it has taken a long time to recover. I walked past a medicinal marijuana shop and I ended up getting on it and I didn’t tell my wife about it,’ Dave said.
‘I was on medicinal marijuana for a few weeks and my wife didn’t know and she kept saying “you’re sleeping so well” and I’m like “yeah, I am,”‘ he added.
Hughesy’s co-host then asked the ‘caller’ whether he kept the drug for himself or if he shared the prescription around to his friends.
‘Look, I might have given some friends and work colleagues some,’ he said, before co-host Ed Kavalee, 44, interrupted him.
‘They say this often, but you make me sick,’ Ed replied with faux-disgust.
The voice decoder was then removed revealing the gag to the audience that it was Dave all along.
