Georgia Harrison Shares Parenting Rule Ahead of First Child with Jack Stacey

Georgia Harrison has revealed the strict parenting rule she plans to enforce when raising her child – and it stems from her own traumatic experience.

The TV personality, 30, is currently expecting her first baby with boyfriend Jack Stacey, and is due to give birth on November 5.

Now, Georgia has shared that she won’t allow her child to have a phone or go online at a young age, after being the victim of revenge porn at the hands of ex-boyfriend Stephen Bear.

After being found guilty of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private, sexual photos and films, Georgia’s ex Bear was sentenced to 21 months in prison in March 2023. He was released in January 2024.

Georgia has since become an advocate for victims of revenge porn and spoke to The Sun about her stance on internet safety and her fight against misogyny.

Georgia said: ‘I’ll do my best in the household just to try and educate them the most I can.

‘But I really hope that by the time my kids do get of age, that actually the education systems will be doing a lot of that. I hope actually that the legal system tightens laws around children’s access to social media.

‘I know Australia have been doing that. And I just think it would be such a better place if kids didn’t have social media up until the age of like 16.’

Georgia also referenced singer Robbie Williams, who previously said he won’t let his children have phones until they’re older – an idea she says she and Jack may follow.

She added that she doesn’t want her children to be ‘exposed’ to content that promotes misogyny.

This isn’t the only boundary Georgia plans to set for her child.

Back in June, she told fans she wouldn’t be letting friends or family kiss her newborn – a rule sparked by concerns about the herpes virus, often dubbed the ‘kissing disease’.

Sharing an Instagram reel about a newborn who died from the virus, Georgia wrote over the clip: ‘To all my friends and family don’t be offended when I tell you to back off.’

The virus can be transmitted when someone with a cold sore kisses a baby, and it can have fatal consequences.

Georgia first revealed she was expecting in April, posting to Instagram: ‘We’ve been keeping a secret.

‘Me and Jack are having a baby! Due November 2025, we can’t wait to welcome this little one into the world and embrace all the joy and love he or she will bring❤️

‘I still can’t believe I’ve finally got everything I ever wanted and I couldn’t be more grateful…And just like that 2 are about to become 3.’

Georgia shared a series of stunning snaps showcasing her blossoming bump, as she opened up about the pregnancy in an interview with Ok! Magazine and The Daily Mirror.

She told the publication: ‘When you know, you know. I know it’s cringey, but that’s definitely how we feel. Anyone who knows us knows how strong we are and how happy we make each other.

‘We both definitely wanted children, and while some may say it feels too soon, we know that this is amazing news, and we couldn’t be happier.

Georgia added: ‘If we’re lucky enough to be able to have kids, why not have them sooner rather than later?’

She explained that the couple have ‘lived’ and ‘partied’ so much that they’re ready to settle down and start their family.

Georgia and Jack met on a dating app over a year ago and are now living together in Essex as they prepare to become parents.

In the interview, she revealed that it was the first time she had ever used a dating app, and Jack had never seen any of her shows before their first date.
