Kelley Wolf — the estranged wife of actor Scott Wolf — is baring the toll their messy split and legal drama has taken on her body and mind.
The Real World: New Orleans alum, 48, who Scott filed to divorce in June after 21 years of marriage, was hit last week with a charge for allegedly violating a protective order barring her from contact with Scott, 57, and their three kids: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy.
The charge came just days after Kelley abruptly left rehab, despite telling a judge she intended to seek treatment following a series of accusations that included doxxing and electronic harassment of her estranged husband.
Kelley revealed she had dropped 30 pounds since Scott filed for divorce, weighing just ’97 pounds’ after leaving the facility, per Page Six.
On Monday, she returned to Instagram with an emotional statement about being ‘malnourished,’ opening with: ‘I am going to be very clear, I need to be respected and given peace.’
She insisted she is ‘not crazy’ and ‘not in rehab,’ claiming she is currently in her ‘home town’ awaiting ‘a court hearing.’

Kelley also stressed, ‘I have no record,’ and ‘do not abuse drugs or alcohol.’
Highlighting her role as a mother, she pleaded to the public to ‘leave [her] alone,’ and warned, ‘If you continue to slander my family I will pursue legal action.’
‘I have lost everything,’ she wrote.
‘I am malnourished. Treated like a crazy woman and I would appreciate someone saying… I love you. Welcome home. You did nothing but fight for your family.’
Last week, it was revealed the Party Of Five actor was granted the order from a judge which prevented Kelley from making any form of direct or indirect contact with their three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy.
The 48-year-old TV personality was also ordered to stay 300 feet away from Scott – but at the time was allowed limited contact with him only through mediation sessions to discuss their divorce or custody of their kids.
However, Kelley has been charged with a misdemeanor for allegedly violating the protective order on August 30 when she tried contacting her estranged husband, ‘using a friend’s phone and attempting to contact her son [Miller] through a friend’s son,’ per court documents obtained by People.
She has also since been summoned to make an appearance in court later this year on November 7.
It comes after Kelley was arrested late last month at the Sundance Mountain Resort for two misdemeanors.

Kelley also stressed, ‘I have no record,’ and ‘do not abuse drugs or alcohol ‘
She was charged with both electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information, according to TMZ.
Kelley had not seen a judge at the time, but police were notified over the situation from an unidentified person over ‘concerning remarks she made to family members.’
On her Instagram stories, the mother-of-three told her followers: ‘The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why. Deputy Norton said I must comply and I will. I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing.
‘He said I will go [to] Summit County Jail. He said I [will] be taken into a cell. And wait for a judge to make some ruling? I am so scared. So confused. I was about to go on a date and it’s the first time I could breathe.’
She then added, ‘Please come and help me! They said they have “probable cause” of a crime? I cannot go to a hospital! I have no mental disorders. No drugs, no arrest, no speeding tickets ever! Please fight for me!’
Kelley initially had been granted three supervised video or phone calls with her children each week.
She livestreamed one visit where she appeared erratic and her estranged husband Scott could be heard saying, ‘We love you.’
In response Kelley said, ‘I don’t love you. I love you Lucy! I love you Miller! Let Jackson come and see me.

‘You’re a monster. Your whole family is monsters. Wolves in sheep’s clothing! Don’t ever come here again. If I see you here, I’m calling the police.’
Her eldest child Jackson later explained why he was not present for his mom’s visit and revealed their estrangement on Instagram.
‘I do not associate with my mom in any way. She is very mentally ill and has completely lost the person she was. I’m very sorry to anyone that has been abused physically or mentally by her.’
The teenager continued, ‘As well anything said about my dad by Kelley is false. No he is not an abuser, he is not a manipulator and he is not a drug addict.
‘He is a spectacular father and a great man. He only wishes the best for my mom.’
Last month on August 15, Scott released a text message exchange with Kelley to People in order to prove that she was making false allegations about him.
Her text read: ‘The only way I can fight back is to produce claims that are either the same as yours or greater to create more urgency to get the kids back. Or at least get back joint custody.’
And earlier this month – following Kelley’s arrest in Utah for two misdemeanors – she revealed her plans to check into a rehabilitation center beginning on September 12.

Kelley appeared in court on September 2, where she informed a district judge she planned to enter a rehabilitation center.
That same day, the judge granted Scott a protective order requiring his estranged wife to stay 300 feet away and forbidding any contact with him or their three children.
The court order followed a string of charges against Kelley, including doxxing and electronically harassing Scott.
Prosecutors said she faced one count of misdemeanor electronic communications harassment tied to an Aug. 25 incident with her husband, and two counts of misdemeanor electronic disclosure of personal identifying information related to events on Aug. 26.
Court records obtained by the Daily Mail indicate that the charges against Kelley have all been labeled as domestic violence related.
Despite facing multiple charges, the former reality star sounded upbeat after describing her treatment plans.
‘I am excited to go to [the treatment center]. I’m looking forward to it,’ she said in court, adding that her brother would be taking her to check in. ‘It’s fantastic. It’s a great place.
‘I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself, so September 12, I will be there for a month,’ Kelley clarified. ‘I hope that helps.’

In addition to requiring that she seek treatment, it also instructed Kelley to be tested for drug use prior to the next hearing in her case, which is scheduled for September 30
Kelley’s announcement that she was entering a treatment program comes after the judge ordered her to ‘participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological, or psychiatric treatment’ upon her release in an earlier bail decision.
However, that decision expired earlier this week on Tuesday.
During the arraignment hearing, Judge Janet Elledge reportedly denied prosecutor Wendy Crossland’s attempts to have Kelley prove that she was still in compliance with the soon-to-expire release conditions order.
In addition to requiring that she seek treatment, it also instructed Kelley to be tested for drug use prior to the next hearing in her case, which is scheduled for September 30.
The prosecution had previously requested that Scott’s estranged wife be barred from accessing social media after she allegedly doxxed him on Instagram, but Judge Elledge declined to rule on that request.
Also on September 2, it was reported that Kelley was ordered to stay at least 300 feet away from her estranged husband, according to a new court order.
She had allegedly broken a temporary agreement with her ex, and as a result a judge had issued a new protective order against her, according to People.
Kelley was then forbidden from having any direct or indirect contact with Scott or their three children in the order.

Kelley also previously revealed that Summit County Deputy Nay was texting her for a welfare check eight months after she had ‘begged for help from the police’ amid allegations the Party of Five alum abused their kids.

The Cricket Project founder was previously placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold on June 13 at a facility for erratic behavior and attempting to take her three children out of the country, and then on July 6 for an incident involving a knife.
In a divorce agreement signed on July 19, a Utah judge ordered Scott to temporarily provide her $10K/month for living costs, car payments, minimum payments on credit cards, and some attorney fees.
