Jackie O Henderson has revealed exactly what made her weep at a Sydney cafe after she was pictured in tears on Thursday.
Joined at an outdoor table by a female pal, the 49-year-old radio host broke down as she appeared to pour her heart out over a coffee.
Her co-host Kyle Sandilands questioned her about the photos on their KIIS FM radio show on Friday, and Jackie explained she’d been discussing ‘something emotional’.
‘What the hell is going on there? Are you alright? You have got your tissues in your hand,’ Kyle asked.
‘Oh my God. Don’t you hate that? I had no idea I was being photographed. I wasn’t crying that much. It just got slightly, slightly teary, and I dabbed a tear,’ Jackie O explained.

‘It doesn’t look good but I was just having coffee with my girlfriend and something came up and it was a little bit emotional, and I had a little tiny dab of the eyes.’
In the photos, Jackie looked visibly distressed and was seen dabbing her eyes with a serviette before looking down as she spoke to her concerned-looking friend.
After a while, the mother-of-one regained her composure and finished the conversation.
Despite the emotional outburst, Jackie managed to avoid ruining her makeup – which included eye shadow, mascara, bronzer and a peach-hued blush.

It comes after Jackie was forced to confront a report she ‘stole’ Ada Nicodemou’s job after her own mother asked her about the rumours.
She recently admitted on The Kyle and Jackie O Show her mum Julie sent her an article from New Idea claiming Jackie had pinched Ada’s Stranded on Honeymoon Island job and asked her if it was true.
‘I’m completely unaware of that story,’ claimed Jackie, adding: ‘I actually don’t even know if they’ve got that story right, to be honest.’

Jackie admitted Ada had presented the show, for which Jackie will be providing the voiceover, at last year’s Seven Upfronts.
‘And because she presented that, I mean, she’s a Seven personality, they assumed that she would then be hosting that show or narrating that show,’ said Jackie, while maintaining that wasn’t the case.
‘I don’t think they’ve got the story right at all,’ insisted the radio star, while co-host Kyle Sandilands agreed, adding that Ada ‘was never even in the running for [the job]’.
