The pair arrived for the evening event in Italy on Monday after with Jacquemus – to celebrate 15 years of the fashion house.
Rosie, 37, showed off her sensational figure in a sleek black gown, which had thin straps and a cut-out on the left side.
The English model paired the chic dress with black slingback heels and a leather handbag, as well as striking gold bangles and matching earrings and wore her blonde locks in a slicked back ponytail.
Meanwhile, French model and actress Laetitia, 46, donned an exceptionally daring black ensemble – wearing a completely sheer sarong leaving her bottom on full display.

Underneath the sheer layer was a black racer back Jacquemus swimsuit and Laetitia finished off the look with a pair of black stilettos complete with a chunky cube-shaped heel.
Earlier in the day, Rosie and Laetitia enjoyed the fashion house cruise alongside singer Dua Lipa, 28.
Rosie wore a clean black and white look, pairing a black boat neck top with a zebra print knee length skirt.
Meanwhile, Dua stunned in a bright turquoise, semi-sheer gown designed for her by the brand’s founder Simon Porte Jacquemus.
She teamed the long turquoise number with a black bra top and high waisted bottoms.
Simon, 35, launched Jacquemus, named after his mother’s maiden name, in 2009 and promoted his clothing in shops during Vogue’s Fashion Night Out in 2010.
