Tammy Hembrow has hinted that she’s struggling emotionally in a moving TikTok post, as she continues her high-profile romance with AFL star Bailey Smith.
The fitness influencer shared a video this past weekend in which she admitted that she filmed a clip in which she was having a ‘crash out’ but opted not to post it.
‘I had a bit of a crash out the other day. I started filming a full crash out video I was gonna post on TikTok,’ the 31-year-old said.
‘But I could not get through it without crying – and there is no way that I will post myself crying on any app ever again because I’m just going to get made fun of.
‘You can’t be vulnerable online cause people just make fun of you.’
Tammy said she was now focussing on herself and her children and ‘not giving any attention’ to anyone else.

‘Never ever, ever make someone make you feel like you’re not good enough. Trust me, you are,’ she said, becoming tearful.
The social media sensation added that overall, she was doing well.
‘Other than that, I’ve been really good. I’ve mentioned before how much lighter I feel, how I feel so much more like me,’ she said.
‘I think that’s the key thing. Every day just more and more like myself. Looking back, as well, it’s crazy how much I lost myself and just shrunk and shrunk and shrunk.’
It comes less than two weeks after Tammy and Bailey went Instagram official.
The Geelong midfielder and the fitness influencer shared a tender moment from their Melbourne date night last month, with Smith’s hand resting on Hembrow’s leg as they dined at acclaimed restaurant Entrecôte in the inner suburb of Prahran.
The Friday night outing confirmed what weeks of speculation had already suggested: the romance between the pair is heating up.

The brand, founded in 2017, has earned a cult following among Gen Z and boasts an international fan base that includes Bella Hadid and Emily Ratajkowski.
Smith, 24, shied away from the camera as the couple tucked into oysters, steak – and against the probable wishes of Geelong’s dietician – a hearty serve of French fries.
The Melbourne date follows weeks of sightings that kept fans and media guessing.
Earlier this month, Smith and Hembrow were spotted on the Gold Coast sharing kisses and walking arm-in-arm along the beach.
Their chemistry was evident, with the pair looking relaxed and unbothered by the cameras trailing them.
It was the second time in as many weeks they had been seen out together, adding fuel to rumours their connection was quickly becoming something more serious.
Hembrow has been in Melbourne on work commitments, including attending a Sasha Therese event, and told reporters during the week that Smith was a ‘sweetie’ and ‘a good guy.’
Tammy split from husband Matt Zukowski in June.

Matt, 30, and Tammy got engaged in December 2023 after just three months of dating.
They tied the knot almost a year later, in November 2024, but split rumours began to circulate earlier this year.
In June, the pair announced they were divorcing after seven months of marriage.
Matt has since said he felt ‘hurt’ watching Tammy move on so quickly after their break-up,
He has hinted he was the one to end things between them, despite some speculating it was Tammy who took the lead.
