Lisa Snowdon slipped into a bikini and showed off her midriff as she practised some yoga on a luxury retreat in Vietnam.
The 53-year-old This Morning fashion presenter is currently enjoying some downtime away from the telly – but she is putting her mind and body to work.
And she’s putting her energy into a relaxed getaway in the city of Quy Nhon, staying at Anantara Quy Nhon Villas.
Taking to her Instagram, Lisa updated her fans with a range of snaps from her time away, which saw her posing in different swimwear.
In one photo, she was beaming as she relaxed in the pool, wearing a cowboy-esque hat and sunnies.
Another saw Lisa doing a tree pose on a rock, showing off her incredible strength and flexibility.

She wrote: ‘Quy Nhon. Found a little slice of heaven, we will be back. Full moons full happiness.’
Lisa tucked into various delicious fruits as she kicked her feet up, accompanied by her communications firm founder fiancé George Smart.
He was seen in some of the photos, relaxing in the water as Lisa watched poolside.
The retreat starts from £398 per night for a room at the lavish villas.
Lisa previously admitted she has ‘reservations’ about marrying George – eight years after they got engaged.
The pair first dated more than 20 years ago when she was a DJ at MTV and he was the channel’s head of events.
The lovebirds rekindled their romance a decade ago and got engaged in 2017.
When asked when they’re going to tie the knot, Lisa admitted she has a ‘tiny hint of reservation’ that marriage will ‘change’ their relationship.

‘Deep down I do know it wouldn’t, but then I think, “Well my mum and dad’s marriage didn’t last,” and some people say, “Don’t do it because it changes things,”‘ she told The Mirror.
‘So there’s 90 per cent of me that knows nothing would change, but a tiny hint of reservation where I think it would.’
George, however, said he has no hesitation and would marry Lisa tomorrow if they could get their friends – who are ‘dotted around the world’ – all together.
He told the outlet he ‘knows nothing would change’ and is ready to ‘have that bravery’ to take ‘the next step’.
When asked what she’s excited for about getting married, Lisa said: ‘Being able to call him “my husband” and saying, “My husband’s coming soon, I’m just waiting for my husband!” I think I prefer “my husband” to “my fiancé” – I’d love it!”
