Roxy Jacenko recently updated her bust – and she has wasted no opportunity to show off her surgically-enhanced assets.
The 45-year-old, who also recently lost 18 kilos, was busy cleaning up at her Ministry of Talent HQ in Sydney on Monday while flaunting her eye-popping figure.
Opting for a revealing ensemble, Roxy busted out of her tiny activewear crop top and a pair of skintight leggings.
Her taut midriff was on display, as were her trim pins and slender arms with their lean, gym-honed muscles.
Roxy chose a natural makeup look for the outing, including a touch of mascara, and wore her blonde locks partially pinned up with a claw clip.
She finished her look with a diamond necklace and a dainty chain as well as matching stud earrings.

The PR Queen appeared to no longer have any use for her own press clippings, with a box of her old media stories seemingly among a number of boxes Roxy was tossing.
Multi-tasking during her cleanup, Roxy was busy chatting to someone on speakerphone while busily tidying.
Roxy underwent major breast augmentation surgery back in March, after discovering one of her implants had ruptured.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia at the time, Roxy said that while the rupture occurred in one implant only, she would be having both removed and replaced.
‘I’ll be having the implants removed in two weeks, and replaced at the same time,’ she said.
In usual Roxy fashion, the busy businesswoman did not seem at all nervous about the operation.
‘This time around I’ll need drains, but that’s no issue,’ she said.
‘As long as I can answer my work emails, it will be business as usual.’

She said that while she suffered some initial shock at the news, an implant rupture wasn’t entirely unexpected.
‘I was somewhat shocked when I received the update, but I guess it’s par for the course when you put something in which really isn’t meant to be there,’ Roxy said.
‘During radiation, when I was being treated for breast cancer, I had capsular contracture on the same side, so revision surgery is not something I haven’t had to do before.’
The rupture was discovered during a routine MRI that is part of her annual cancer check-up. She hadn’t been in for one in two years.
‘It wasn’t something that the doctor was looking for, but was discovered when assessing the results,’ she said.
‘Coincidentally, I had actually thought that the right side looked a little lopsided in comparison to the left, but having had a partial mastectomy eight years ago, I put it down to that,’ she added.
‘Basically, it would be unlikely that anything would be perfectly symmetrical and I needed to not be so vain!’
Roxy admitted to feeling ‘annoyed’ more than anything else about the surgery.

‘I was a little annoyed. Like FFS, another thing,’ she said.’But now I’m very pragmatic about it. I am in good health.
‘There are no signs of cancer coming back, so if a ruptured boob is the worst it gets, I am good with that.’
The socialite has been making the most of her new slimmed-down look after shedding 18 kilograms, showing off her figure in a series of social media posts.
Jacenko swears by a new supplement from wellness brand Eimele, which she has called a ‘natural Ozempic’.
According to the website, Eimele provides ‘plant-powered solutions’ for a variety of concerns, including weight management.
The brand’s Calibrate Reds Max is said to help ‘limit sugar and carb absorption’ while simultaneously ‘reducing fat storage’.
Roxy is also doing daily contrast therapy, which involves taking baths in warm and cold water from Monday to Friday.
This method is believed to help improve blood circulation throughout your body.
She additionally does 40 minutes in an infra-red sauna each day before completing a 45-minute workout on the treadmill at speed 6 and rolling hills, as well as low-weight exercises.

Roxy also recently spoke about the terrifying moment she overdosed on Ozempic in an effort to lose weight

Roxy carried one of her pricey Birkin bags in grey leather
‘I don’t do breakfast or lunch, instead I do dinner at 7pm each day which is focused on protein only and salad,’ Roxy explained.
‘Last night I had grilled calamari, rocket, pear and Parmesan salad. If I’m desperate for something sweet, I have dark chocolate-covered sultanas.’
Roxy also recently spoke about the terrifying moment she overdosed on Ozempic in an effort to lose weight.
She revealed she’d taken four times the recommended dosage before she suffered from severe vomiting and non-stop shaking.
‘I put so much weight on. I would have to undo my jeans when I sat in the car so I got sucked in by it,’ she explained on The Lazy CEO Podcast with Jane Lu.
‘I bought it, I tried it. I took four times the amount in the first go.’
Roxy continued by saying she’s ‘so sick of people’ who deny using Ozempic, adding: ‘I call a spade a spade on my platform and I don’t care.’
