NOVA FM drive-time star Tim Blackwell and his ex-wife Monique have listed their lavish Sydney home for sale, two years after ending their 14-year marriage.
The stunning and fully renovated five-bedroom Stanmore property has a $4million guide and will head to auction on Saturday, September 27.
While its traditional exterior remains, the rear of the home was extensively renovated following approval for almost $1 million worth of renovations in 2020, including soaring five-metre ceilings.
It now features many modernised, attractive features, including a fully renovated kitchen featuring a three-metre teardrop-style marble island bench and a large backyard pool.
The property is ideal for families and entertaining, with a spacious alfresco dining area complete with a cast-iron barbecue.
At the rear of the 185sqm block sits a garage with a bedroom above, accessed via a rear street.

Its desirable location is just 3km from Sydney’s CBD and is close to a variety of amenities, including shopping centres, restaurants, bars and public transport.
Tim’s ex Monique previously conducted her women’s yoga studio, Mond Women, from the home’s modern wing, offering private and semi-private classes.
She recently revealed on social media that moving the studio had been a bittersweet experience.
‘Moving house and packing up the Mond Women studio. No one likes moving, but the forced reason to shed can be a gift of reflection and a reminder of resilience,’ she told her fans.
‘I have loved my studio and my space. Good bye beautiful girl-space, I’ll remember and cherish you forever.’
Blackwell co-hosts Nova’s syndicated national drive show alongside Joel Creasey and Ricki-Lee Coulter.
He joined Nova in 2001 and previously worked with Marty Sheargold and Kate Ritchie.
In September 2024, Tim broke his silence about his shock split.

The Nova radio host’s estranged wife Monique announced in an Instagram post in December 2023 that their marriage had come to an end.
Tim had remained silent on his split with Monique ever since she made the announcement on Instagram.
Monique broke the sad news to friends and fans of the couple.
‘Not all good things end, but this has,’ began her caption beneath a series of photos of herself and Tim in happier times.
‘Thank you in advance for your messages of love, support and sadness at the news that Tim & I are no longer together,’ she added.
In November, Tim publicly debuted his much younger new girlfriend, 29-year-old Lizzie Baxter.

Stunning and blonde, Lizzie is 15 years Tim’s junior and is a producer for Nova’s Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie breakfast show.
Last year, a source told Daily Mail the pair had been engaging in flirty online banter for ‘a few months’ and Lizzie’s Instagram account included photos of them as a couple before she recently turned it private.
Another insider adds, ‘Their relationship is well-known in the industry. It’s not really a secret.’
Lizzie works as a content producer for Fitzy and Wippa in the same Sydney office as Tim.
