Farmer Wants a Wife host Samantha Armytage has added another property to her growing real estate portfolio.
The 47-year-old former Sunrise star has bought a three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage in Moss Vale, NSW, for a cool $1,300,000.
Situated in the Southern Highlands, the cosy spread is mere kilometres from Sam’s farm in the country side in nearby Berrima.
Sam now plans to renovate her new purchase, reported The Daily Telegraph on Monday.
The Channel Seven star already owns a $1.5million investment pad in Sydney’s sought-after Rushcutters Bay.

In December she listed her coastal getaway in Hyams Beach on the NSW south coast for $3.2million – but so far has not had any luck finding a buyer.
Built in the 1960s, the Moss Vale home is a single-storey dwelling that retains plenty of country town charm.

Sam tied the knot with husband Richard Lavender at his 40-hectare property in the Southern Highlands on New Year’s Eve 2021.
