An influencer from South America has revealed the shocking modifications she had to make to her Porsche just so she could drive it with large breast implants.
Ana Paula Oliveira, from Rio Grande do Sul, tells Daily Mail she spent $18,830 a 'few years ago' to receive a custom 2,000cc breast augmentation.
But the TV presenter, 50, appears to still be paying the price for her plastic surgery, as the size of the implants made it difficult to drive her new Porsche.
After splashing $2.7million on the red sports car, Ana was forced to spend another $8,100 on custom seats for the vehicle just so she could sit in it properly.
'I felt constantly projected forward. It wasn't comfortable, and it wasn't a position I liked when I saw myself sitting in the car,' she says.
'It wasn't a one-off discomfort. It bothered me every time I got into the car.'

'I noticed the issue quite quickly after I started driving the car regularly,' she continues.
'At first I thought it was just a matter of getting used to the driving position, but after a few weeks it became clear that the seat was pushing my torso forward in a way that didn't feel natural.
'I bought the car a few years ago and initially didn't think much about the seat design.
'The discomfort became more obvious later when I started paying attention to my posture while driving.'
Ana believes sports cars are often only designed with the comfort of men in mind, saying the original seat design of her Porsche wouldn't fit her frame.
She says she attempted to adjust her posture to the shape of the seat, but found the structure of the interior too uncomfortable for her voluptuous figure.
'That's when I realised many sports cars are designed around a male body standard. With my body as it is today, that ergonomics simply didn't work,' she says.
However, rather than replace or return the vehicle, she decided to splash some money on customising the interior of the car to suit her surgically enhanced chest.
