Her news comes after Jane told MailOnline that she accepted she could die from cancer in a year but says she can face death knowing her family are provided for.
Janey previously told how while she may die within a year, she finds comfort knowing her daughter Ashley Storrie, 36, will be financially secure
Janey was told she was cancer-free in June 2022 but by the end of the year the disease had spread to her peritoneum, the membrane lining the abdominal cavity.
Now, in an exclusive interview with MailOnline, Janey says while she may die within a year, she finds comfort knowing her husband Sean Storrie, 61, and their daughter Ashley, 36, will be financially secure.
She said: ‘I worked hard. I have a great daughter. I’ve got a marriage that’s lasted 43 year. I’m proud of the fact that despite all the s***e that was flung at me I managed to make my family financially secure which was very important to me…
‘[It’s because] I came from such poverty. It’s very important that my daughter will never have to worry about the electricity bill or being evicted or the rent not being paid. She will never have to worry about her dinner…
‘Level six has been achieved so I can leave the game.’
