Lisa Rinna has revealed that she has not changed her workout routine since she was a teenager.
The 60-year-old former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star — who shares two daughters with husband Harry Hamlin — dished to Us Magazine, ‘I’ve had the same fitness routine since I was 16.’
She added: ‘It started with Jazzercise and I’ve been consistent about working out ever since.’
Jazzercise is a fitness franchise company founded by Judi Sheppard Missett in 1969. The franchise’s name is a portmanteau of ‘jazz’ and ‘exercise.’ Jazzercise combines dancercise, martial arts and strength training.
The retired reality television star noted that she exercises five days per week, incorporating yoga, pilates, spinning, and hikes.
As far as her diet goes, she lives by the ‘everything in moderation’ rule of thumb.

Rinna used star emoji to cover her modesty as she proudly showed off a fresh spray tan.
Back in 2018 she told Us Magazine, ‘Yoga has been my life savior for 26 years I’ve been practicing now.’
She continued, ‘It’s my consistent… you know, I do many workouts and I go through lots of different things, but I think most consistently practicing yoga has been the most helpful in keeping myself grounded.’

Since exiting her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills franchise in 2022, the mother-of-two has turned to fashion campaigns and reviving her acting career.
When asked on the Jennifer Hudson Show if she would ever return to reality TV, she answered: ‘No. Never. No I wouldn’t.’
However, she noted, ‘But listen, I’m grateful for the experience. I think that it has made me a better actor because I’m acting again.’
Rinna executive produced and stars as cyber-bullying mother Madelyn alongside daughter Delilah Belle Hamlin in Greg Beeman’s thriller Mommy Meanest.
It premiered May 11 on Lifetime.
