54-year-old Jennifer Lopez shows off her toned stomach in a cropped sweater while taking her gender-neutral teenager Emme to Sunday school in LA

Jennifer Lopez flaunted her taut tummy and tiny waist while running errands in Los Angeles on Sunday morning.

The two-time Grammy nominee – clutching her to-go coffee cup – easily defied her 54 years in a black cropped sweater emblazoned on the back with the phrase: ‘Your wings make me feel free.’

Jennifer – who relies on fitness trainers Tracy Anderson and David Kirsch – showcased her famous derrière in a pair of cuffed black jeans and she also sported gleaming white sneakers.

Lopez appeared to go make-up free for the outing and she scraped her still damp locks into a tight top-bun.

The Bronx-born pop diva was dropping her gender-neutral ‘coconut’ Emme Maribel Muñiz off at Sunday school.

The non-binary 15-year-old – who’s used they/them pronouns since 2022 – wore baggy clothes as they hauled a Supreme x The North Face ‘By Any Means Base Camp Crimp’ backpack and an Ichiraku Ramen purse.

Emme sang back-up vocals for their famous mother on the 2019 track Limitless as well as at the Super Bowl LIV halftime show in 2020.

That same year, at age 12, Crown Books published Muñiz’s 40-page literary debut Lord Help Me: Inspiring Prayers for Every Day in 2020, which featured illustrations by Brenda Figueroa.

The Long Island-born nepo-baby has a fraternal twin brother Maximilian David Muñiz from Jennifer’s third marriage to four-time Grammy winner Marc Anthony, which ended in 2011 after seven years.

‘They didn’t choose that. And I haven’t talked to them a lot about this, but they have just started letting me know how people treat them,’ Lopez lamented to Audacy in May.

‘So when they walk into the room, that’s what people are thinking about. They’re not seeing them for who they are. And I think that has to be a really hard thing for them. So I would love to have been able to protect them from that.’

The Intimissimi global ambassador continued: ‘But also, I’m being judged. Everybody has to deal with being bullied. It doesn’t matter who you are, you could get bullied. But being judged by people you don’t even know in a way is I think really difficult for them to kind of grow up and be themselves.

‘They know that there’s a lens on them, and that’s hard. Probably not a very relatable thing to say, because a lot of people don’t understand it. And they’re like, “Okay, so you’re famous and your kids are blah blah, right?” But it is hard for them, I think, and I did that to them.’

Jennifer – who boasts 391.9 social media followers – has been hard at work promoting her new single Can’t Get Enough, which drops on January 10.

Can’t Get Enough will appear on Lopez’s ninth studio album This Is Me… Now, which is also the name of her ‘Musical Experience’ premiering February 16 on Amazon Prime Video.

The rock-doc reunited the Emmy-nominated producer with director Dave Meyers, who previously helmed four of her music videos for All I Have, I’m Real, I’m Real (Murder Remix), and I’m Gonna Be Alright between 2001-2002.

Jennifer reportedly dedicated nine songs to her fourth husband Ben Affleck on This Is Me… Now, which marks her first record since A.K.A. back in 2014.

The 51-year-old Oscar winner and his BFF Matt Damon are producing William Goldenberg’s drama Unstoppable which stars Lopez as Judy Robles, the tattoo-sleeved mother of one-legged champion wrestler Anthony Robles (Jharrel Jerome).

It’s been over a year since The Mother producer-star wrapped the titular role in Netflix AI thriller Atlas, and director Brad Peyton just recorded the film score at London’s Abbey Road Studios in October.

‘We had a good time,’ Jennifer said on Instagram Live at the time.

‘This is a beautiful movie about the future, but it’s also about letting people in.’
