Caprice Bourret has said having children ‘sucks the life out of you’ as she opened up about changes in your body when you ‘pop the little rascals out’.
The American model, 52, stunned in a plunging lace leopard for a new lingerie campaign as she assured she is in a place now where she feels good in her own skin.
In an interview with Entertainment Daily, Caprice said her body changed ‘so much’ after giving birth 10 years ago.
Caprice turned to surrogacy to have a child in 2012 after years of failed IVF, but as her surrogate delightedly revealed she was pregnant – Caprice discovered she was also expecting. Her sons Jett and Jax, both 10, were born in 2013 just a month apart and she treats them as twins.
The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant opened up about how her body changed with motherhood – as she launched her new lingerie line, Loved by Caprice, at high street store Peacocks.

Caprice said she is very open with her sons about their conception, however has made it clear she will never publicly reveal which was born by surrogate and which she gave birth to.
On launching her own lingerie line in her 50s, Caprice said: ‘I hadn’t done it for so long. Back in the day I took off my kit and I was like, whatever. But since having kids and being Mummy, everything changes.’
Caprice went on to say that the boys ‘punch each other’ all the time, as she joked they had ‘sucked the life’ out of her.
‘Your body changes after you pop those little rascals out,’ she said. ‘They suck the life out of you, let me tell you. I wish they’d suck up the fat but they don’t.
‘My body changed so much after having kids, oh boy, but I’m in a place in my life where I’m really good in my own skin.’
But while she’s grappled with physical changes, Caprice said her body image is miles off what it was when she was younger – when she was ‘conscious’ over everything about her appearance, what she said and how she acted.
‘But now there’s no editing with me,’ she added.
Caprice assured that maintaining her model looks aged 52 is no picnic, and admitted she finds exercising ‘torture’.

To ‘maintain’ her figure, Caprice works out three times a week after doing minimal exercise for eight years.
‘It’s like torture, it really is,’ she said. ‘I wish I could just tell you oh no, it’s easy. But it’s hard, it’s so difficult.’
However she does have one secret to success, as she revealed cold baths are the key to controlling her hormones and weight.
‘We’re talking a different level of cold,’ she said. ‘When you get in that cold bath you stop breathing. I do it in the morning and it’s a huge wake-up call – holy smokes.’
She showed off her youthful figure in pink lacy lingerie as she modelled her brand new Peacock collection which released on Monday.
Caprice flaunted her trim physique and age-defying looks in a series of underwear – part of her collection Love By Caprice.
It includes a range of lingerie and nightwear to suit sizes from 6-22 and 32B-40D, with prices ranging from £4 to £20.
She slipped into a purple and pink bra and brief set as she confidently posed up a storm during the shoot.
Speaking about her new collection, Caprice said: ‘It has been great to collaborate on a collection which is accessible, celebrates women’s curves and doesn’t compromise on comfort.
‘I know from years of experience lingerie really has an impact on how we feel about ourselves and a nice set, even if it’s just for you, is empowering.
‘We have designed pieces that can be worn everyday or saved for a special occasion. I can’t wait to hear what the customers think.’
