She told Women’s Health: ‘I really work out for my mental health.
‘If I have to wake up early and take a flight, when I land, I’ll go for a walk because I didn’t get to work out.
‘Even if it’s just stretching, I need to do something.’

Eva, born Eva Jacqueline Longoria, grew up in Corpus Christie, Texas.
She started out as an actress and after a number of guest roles on several television series, she was recognized for her portrayal of Isabella Braña on the CBS daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless, on which she starred from 2001 to 2003.
She then was on Desperate Housewives from 2004 until 2012.
Eva moved on to become a producer and director. She produced the series Devious Maids from 2013 until 2016. Her latest hit movie is Flaming Hot.
