Alex Pike debuted her new romance with American plastic surgeon Dr Sachin Shridharani last year.
And last week, the glamorous cosmetic nurse flew to New York to spend time with her Manhattan-based beau for his birthday.
During one romantic date night, the 46-year-old slipped her curves into a skintight brown catsuit with a Louis Vuitton belt that highlighted her small waist.
The mother-of-three stunned in the racy ensemble, which no doubt would’ve left her quite chilly in New York’s freezing winter weather.
Despite the distance between them, Alex and Sachin have barely spent any time apart since falling in love.

The swanky surgeon spent the Christmas holidays Down Under with Alex to meet her family for the first time.
Approximately two weeks later, Alex was in New York to spend some more time with her beloved partner.
‘Thank you for making my birthday so special and memorable!’ Sachin wrote on Alex’s Instagram page, before adding: ‘Grateful for your [love] my [love].’

The Harvard-educated doctor is one of the top names in his field and was trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital.
He went on to establish his own clinic LUXURGERY in 2014, which offers many of his own signature procedures, including the Tubeless Tuck.
The popular clinic is located on New York’s famed Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.

It comes after Alex’s high-profile romance with AFL legend Nathan Buckley came to an end in 2022.
Outside of her highly-publicised love life, Pike is known as one of Australia’s most successful cosmetic injectors.
She runs clinics in Albury and Melbourne and has since branched out into the health and wellness space with her own eight-week kickstart program called Inside Out Beauty.
