Katy Perry left fans in stitches when she was brutally roasted by an 102-year-old woman in a hysterical exchange.
The American singer, 39, appeared on The Project on Wednesday night to discuss her upcoming AFL Grand Final performance and got chatting with the live audience.
During one amusing exchange, Katy was ripped into by an 102-year-old woman called Edna as they spoke about the secret to living a long life.
Katy spoke about her own grandmother’s ageing secret, before asking Edna for her words of wisdom.
‘My grandma she almost lived to about 100 and her secret was having a glass of white wine every night,’ Katy shared during the live show.
To which Edna – who is set to turn 103 in January – then voiced her disapproval as she said: ‘Oh no, that’s naughty! I have a glass of water.’
When Katy asked what her ‘secret’ is, she replied: ‘I’ve done exercise all my life, started dancing as a three-year-old and done calisthenics right up until now.’
The Roar hitmaker then asked Edna if she would be able to live until the age of 102 if she too started dancing all the time.

She said: ‘What if I go to the club with my white wine and start dancing, will I live to 102?’
To which Edna hilariously quipped: ‘No!’ leaving Katie looking shocked and stunned into silence.
Viewers were left in hysterics by the savage exchange and took to Instagram to share their amused reactions.
‘Love her both are wonderful,’ one fan wrote, while another shared: ‘Great interview Katy. The lady was not offended at all, she was gorgeous and truthful.’
A third commented: ‘She was awesome,’ while a fourth added: ‘Both icons [for real].’
Katy is currently in Melbourne ahead of her pre-game performance at the AFL Grand Final at the MCG on Saturday, where the Sydney Swans will face the Brisbane Lions.
She is reportedly being paid a staggering $5million for her short pre-game performance, which will see her perform just five songs.
It was claimed that Katy and the AFL have butted heads over her setlist, with her team said to have pushed back against a request she refrain from playing new songs.

Appearing on SEN Breakfast on Monday, veteran AFL journalist Tom Morris claimed they have reached a compromise with Katy agreeing to just one new track.
‘She’s playing about five songs and the AFL was very keen for her to play five classic tunes, she wanted to play two new ones,’ he said.
‘In the end they met halfway and she’s playing one new song and four classics.’
Co-host and AFL great Kane Cornes, revealing he is a Katy Perry fan, added that the AFL should have a say in the planning of the blockbuster stadium show.
‘The AFL are saying: “We only want your hits. We only want your bangers. We only want your best stuff”‘ he said.
‘We want Roar, We want Teenage Dream, we want Firework. They want all the songs we know and love. And she’s pushed back and said, “No, no I want to play two of my new songs.”
‘You know when you go to a concert and maybe they’re old and all you want is their good stuff. You just want their greatest hits.
‘That’s what the AFL have requested with Katy Perry. And she’s gone: “clearly, I want to promote some of my new music.”’
